Director Principal and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
Kathryn Schuck
Since her admission to the legal profession in 2010, Kathryn has practiced almost exclusively in family law. Kathryn holds a Master of Laws (Applied Family Law) and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in Victoria.
Kathryn is a passionate advocate for the rights of children. She is regularly appointed by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to act as Independent Children’s Lawyer in complex parenting matters.
Kathryn is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Kathryn believes in working collaboratively and supporting clients to make informed decisions. Kathryn is dedicated to keeping families out of Court wherever possible.
Kathryn has a special interest in disputes involving neurodivergent family members.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys pilates, listening to podcasts, and spending time at the beach.
Kathryn’s pronouns are she/her/hers.
