We offer Family Dispute Resolution (“FDR”) services to discuss a range of issues including:

Parenting and child arrangements

Sharing expenses for children

Property and financial settlements

Our processes are flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of our clients.

We offer a range of conference options including:

Online or in person conferences;
Joint conferences and/or shuttle conferences;
Conferences with the parties only or conferences including lawyers.
Most of our in-person conferences are conducted in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Where appropriate, arrangements may be made for in-person conferences at other locations
(subject to availability).

We aim to provide a safe space where everyone feels heard and respected. We work with people from a range of diverse backgrounds. We recognise families come in all shapes and sizes and acknowledge that every family is unique.
We pride ourselves in offering a dispute resolution service focused on the needs of our clients. We work closely with our clients to consider their individual access and support needs and make appropriate adjustments to our FDR process.
Where disputes involve children, our priority is always what is in the best interests of the child. All parenting discussions are child-focused and future-focused.
